2026 Driver Safety Scholarship

Fleming Law Accident & Injury Attorneys is proud to introduce the Driver Safety Scholarship, an initiative inspired by our first-hand experience with the devastating impact of unsafe driving. Every day, we advocate for victims whose lives have been changed forever due to preventable accidents caused by speeding, distracted driving, impaired driving, and other reckless behaviors.

Safe driving is a responsibility often taken for granted, but every decision made behind the wheel carries weight. The ripple effects of a single poor decision behind the wheel can be life-altering, not only for drivers but for passengers, pedestrians, and entire families.

That’s why we created the Driver Safety Scholarship. We want to encourage students to think creatively and share their ideas for how we can make our roads safer for everyone. How can we prevent accidents before they happen? What can we do, individually and together, to make a real difference?

Applicants are encouraged to explore how individuals, local communities, schools, and law enforcement can collaborate to promote safer driving habits. Whether it’s a new piece of technology, a public awareness campaign, or a policy change, we want to hear ideas that are realistic, impactful, and sustainable. Our goal is to spark meaningful conversations and support fresh thinking that can help reduce accidents and save lives.
