Harry Fleming has been active in the spheres of law and business for more than 25 years. With a background in representing public companies and venture capital enterprises, Mr. Fleming is a highly sought-after legal authority who has been quoted in several national periodicals and local news outlets. Martindale-Hubbell has acknowledged his excellence by awarding him an AV rating, the highest it offers.
Nicholas P. Fleming became Fleming Law’s managing attorney after the death of his father, Michael P. Fleming, in 2020. He began his law career clerking at the Harris County Attorney’s Office before joining Fleming Law to work with his father on civil cases. As the son of two prominent Houston jurists, Nicholas is passionate about using his legal skills to help the people of his community.
Mr. Foster worked at Exxon on federal and cross-border taxation for 30 years and has experience on the local, state, and international levels. He has used his thorough knowledge of tax law to challenge various state tax issues all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Foster is also a certified public accountant.
Brendan Fleming’s prior experience includes serving as in-house counsel for an NYSE-traded company, where he advised on a wide variety of financial and corporate legal matters.
He then worked at the national law firm Husch Blackwell, LLP, representing financial institutions and business owners on complex financial and transactional matters before returning to Houston to join Fleming Law.
In addition to personal injury law, Mr. Tang has extensive experience handling business litigation, breach of contract, and partnership disputes.

Houston Legal Information
Personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits in Houston are typically filed in Harris County District Court. There are 24 district courts in Harris County that handle civil matters. These courts are located in the Harris County Civil Courthouse downtown.
Cases filed in federal court may be heard in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. This court is located in the Bob Casey United States Courthouse.
The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation, handles workers’ comp claims in Houston and throughout Texas. Contested case hearings take place in one of the local field offices.
Social Security disability claims are processed through the Social Security Administration’s local field offices. If necessary, a hearing would take place in one of the Administrative Law Judge courtrooms in Houston.
