Car Accident Lawyers
A serious car accident can easily upend the lives of the people involved in the crash. Even when you are not at fault for the accident, insurance companies make it exceedingly difficult for you to obtain the compensation you justly deserve.
The car accident attorneys at Fleming Law, P.C., will take on the burden of dealing with the insurance companies and will not rest until you receive the full and fair compensation you are entitled to. We have a track record of success helping clients pursue car accident claims arising from speeding, distracted driving, fatigued driving, driving under the influence, and other types of negligence.
Motorcycle Accident Lawyer
Motorcycle riders are, unfortunately, at greater risk of accidents and injuries on the roads in and around Conroe. Distracted and inattentive riders often fail to notice motorcycles since they are far smaller than a car or larger vehicles. Without the protection of a car’s body and frame, motorcycle riders tend to suffer far more severe injuries when a crash occurs.
The motorcycle accident attorneys of Fleming Law, P.C., understand how motorcycle accidents are unique from other kinds of motor vehicle accidents. We are ready to aggressively advocate on your behalf to establish the liability of the other driver and can negotiate with the insurance companies for full compensation, both now and into the future, for your medical expenses, lost income, pain, suffering, and other losses.
Truck Accident Lawsuits
Truck accidents are often different from accidents between passenger vehicles due to the highly regulated nature of the trucking industry and due to the fact that occupants of the smaller vehicle tend to suffer more severe injuries than in a car-on-car accident. Thoroughly pursuing a truck accident claim often requires sifting through various documents, such as driver logs, loading manifests, vehicle recorder data, and maintenance logs.
The truck accident attorneys of Fleming Law, P.C., have experience pursuing truck accident claims, knowing that many accidents occur due to driver fatigue or other improper actions by the driver or the freight company. We leave no stone unturned to find the evidence necessary to establish the trucking companies’ liability, and we work hard to uncover all available sources of financial recovery for you.
Bicycle Accident Attorney
Getting into an accident on a bicycle can be a traumatic, life-altering experience. The bicycle accident attorneys at Fleming Law, P.C., can help you on your road to recovery by identifying the responsible parties and proving their fault for the accident. We can help you recover the various types of compensation you may be entitled to, including medical expenses, lost wages and earning potential, pain, and suffering, and diminished quality of life.
We can help you pursue all available avenues of recovery, including from the responsible driver’s insurance, or from your own insurance’s underinsured motorist coverage, or uninsured motorist coverage in the event of a hit-and-run.
Pedestrian Accident Lawyers
As a pedestrian, you are likely the individual on the roads and streets who are most vulnerable to an accident with a vehicle. All too often, drivers who are involved in accidents with pedestrians will flee the scene of the accident without stopping to render aid to the victim or waiting for first responders to arrive. If you were a pedestrian hit by a vehicle, we are prepared to help you pursue the compensation you need to recover from your severe, life-altering injuries, even when you are the victim of a hit-and-run pedestrian accident.
Slip and Fall Law Firm
If you are injured in a slip and fall or trip and fall accident on someone else’s property, it is critical that you take certain steps to protect your rights, including taking photographs of the accident scene, informing the property or business owner of the accident so they know to preserve critical evidence such as accident reports or surveillance video, if available, seeking prompt medical treatment for your injuries, and contacting a law firm to help you pursue compensation.
The slip and fall attorneys of Fleming Law, P.C., can aggressively pursue your claim for compensation, collecting the evidence necessary to establish the property owner or occupier’s liability for your accident and negotiating with them and the insurance companies to seek maximum compensation on your behalf.
Medical Malpractice Attorneys
If you’ve suffered a negative outcome due to a negligent error during medical treatment, you may have a medical malpractice claim. Not every bad outcome constitutes malpractice. You must prove that your provider’s treatment fell below the applicable standard of care and that you suffered some sort of compensable harm because of it.
Medical malpractice claims are often complex and require expert testimony. The attorneys at Fleming Law, P.C., have the experience and resources to successfully pursue your medical malpractice claim to help you pursue the compensation you deserve.
Wrongful Death Attorneys
If your close relative’s death was caused by someone else’s negligence, your family may have a wrongful death claim. A wrongful death claim may be brought by the immediate surviving family members of a deceased person, such as a surviving spouse, children, or parents. You may be entitled to recover damages for the loss of your loved one’s society and companionship, services to the household, and financial contributions to the family.
In addition, the representative of the deceased individual’s estate can bring a survival action on behalf of the deceased person to recover damages for his or her conscious pain and suffering before death along with costs of last injury/illness and funeral expenses.
About Conroe, Texas
Conroe, Texas is the county seat of Montgomery County and a principal city in the Houston metro area. It is located approximately 40 miles north of downtown Houston. In 2015, Conroe was the fastest-growing large city in the U.S. Conroe was named after Union cavalry officer Isaac Conroe, who founded a sawmill in present-day Conroe in 1881.
Conroe initially boomed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries due to the lumber and oil industries. Due to success with oil, for a brief period in the 1930s, Conroe boasted more millionaires per capita than any other city in the U.S.
Beginning in the mid-2000s, Conroe began a plan of expanding the city limits through a plan of the annexation of nearby unincorporated communities. Today, Conroe’s downtown Central Business District is home to numerous arts venues, the oldest of which, the Crighton Theatre, opened in 1935 and was renovated in the late 1970s to become the community’s home for live theatrical productions.
Conroe is also home to the Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival, an annual catfish and Cajun food festival that attracts up to 30,000 visitors, along with the Young Texas Artists Music Competition, a competition started in 1983 that showcases young artists aspiring to careers in classical music.
